MEET MARC

Marc have been involved in Leadership Training since 1997 when he started facilitating programmes for students from the Ministry of Education, from local leadership training programmes, outdoor education to overseas Service-Learning programmes, designing and curating learning outcomes. As such, the companies that Marc have helmed over these periods have a focus on giving back to the communities that we have communicated with and adopting and adapting UNICEF’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the programmes and initiatives that we have been doing.

Apart from facilitating programmes, Marc have been actively designing and creating outdoor learning platforms such as adventure training centres in Malaysia where we provide experiential learning opportunities for youths and corporate alike. The programmes designed is to create opportunities for them to experience challenges and how they can relate the experiences to their daily lives and have them look for solutions and create a better outcome from the experiences.

Being a serial entrepreneur, Marc have created, crafted and managed companies in Singapore and Malaysia where the focus is on creating a Leadership and Entrepreneurship Conference for Entrepreneurial Thinking Leaders throughout the whole of ASEAN where we hope to offer them the opportunities to strategize, formalize and actualize on how the youths of the respective countries can bring their contributions directly to their communities, villages, towns, cities and their countries.
